Hey everyone — I’m Dom, the creator behind Dom C Reviews, and if you’ve seen my videos on TikTok or Instagram, you already know I’ve got one mission:
to hunt down the best (and sometimes most unexpected) food in the Capital Region and beyond.

What started as me filming a quick review in the corner booth at LoPortos has turned into a full-on obsession — exploring local favorites, hidden gems, and spots that make you question how you’ve never heard of them before.

Here on the blog, I’ll be going deeper than what you see on social media — sharing full write-ups, behind-the-scenes stories, and honest breakdowns using my FAVS system (Food, Atmosphere, Value, Service).
